Travel planning must be finalized & shared to secure your participation
WHAT WE NEED:
- Your full name (as on passport & matched to your profile)
- Departure city
- Airline and flight number(s)
- Arrival date and time at KGL
Without this information, we can’t coordinate your arrival support.

- Bring any required medical documentation and copies of important paperwork.
- Pack climate-appropriate clothing—Rwanda is temperate year-round but Kigali sits at high elevation.
